Groupon and Living Social Guests
Thank You for purchasing our Groupon or Living Social Deal. We look forward to seeing you in our center and providing you with the best possible experience. There are a few things to know about these deals! As you know the package you bought is a HUGE savings; with that comes a group of people that are all attempting to get appointments at the same time. Please call to book your appointment a few weeks in advance. We normally book between a week and two weeks out, however with the huge influx of clients from Living Social and Groupon we suggest calling about three weeks before you would like an appointment. Here are a few other things you need to know before booking your appointment.
~Please arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment. This allows time to fill out paperwork, relax, and destress. Clients who run late often feel much more stressed and are not fully able to unwind. Also arriving late may cut into your appointment time.
~Please watch for email verification of your appointment time, date, and therapist after booking. Verification is sent within minutes of booking, and a reminder email is also sent the day before your appointment.
~Our Groupon guests MUST book online. Online scheduleing allows for much less confusion in booking an appointment. Please get out your calendar and find a day that works for you!!
~CANCELATION POLICY: Here at Relaxation Station we set aside blocks of our time to devote to you and only you. For this reason we ask that you do call with any cancelations at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelation without notification (or no show) or less than 24 hours notice (short notice) will result in a $65 fee being applied to 60 minute massage or $35 fee being applied to 30 min massage.
~Living Social and Groupon clients: The multi pack of massages purchased from Living Social and Groupon must be used by one person and can not be shared with another party. This is your chance to pamper yourself.
~ Expiration Dates: We work hard to be innovative and offer great deals at different times of the year. Please keep in mind that we may be booked out several weeks. Please DO NOT wait until the last week to book an appointment and ask that we extend the deadline.
Living Social deals BOTH of them which was were a 90 min single visit appointment and the Living Social 4 pack have EXPIRED! We honored those 5 months beyond expiration and are now only doing Groupon, and in house purchased deals. (effective 12-15-11)
Groupon Multi Pack You can always ask to upgrade those to a 90 minute session for 30$.

FAQ: I was on line and saw that there was an opening for a 60 min appt. Why cant I book Groupon appointment there?
ANS:We have multiple facets to our business and we have to have certain openings that are available for some of our other special guests as well.
FAQ: What is the average number of coupons that you accept in a day?
ANS: 50 % As in any business we have to have some openings for those guests that were here PRIOR to coupons so please understand that we are not trying to push you out, we are trying to have all guests feel like they get equal treatment!
UPGRADES!!
You can always upgrade your sessions! Your GROUPON mulit pack of massages includes swedish massage. Swedish massage is a type of massage that is medium in nature and meant to relax the muscles.
Upgrdes are as follows:
30 minute increase in time $30
Deep Tissue, Sports, PreNatal $15
Hot Stone, SaWan, or Bamboo Fusion $20
These are in addition to the cost of Groupon coupon.
